A new Community of townhomes is under development right now in North Naples. The planned community of Meadowood plans to offer three-bedroom townhomes in a prime setting. A product of DR Horton Southwest Florida, the new Express Homes community is said to be attractively priced, with two-story designs starting in the high $200,000s. Buyers in Meadowood will have two different floor plans to choose from, including a more than 1,500 square foot townhome with three-bedrooms and 2.5-baths. This particular floor plan will also offer a one-car garage, a large lanai and an island kitchen overlooking a great room. The upstairs owner’s suite will provide for a walk-in closet, while two other large bedrooms, a laundry room and a bathroom round out the top level of the townhome. In contrast, an even larger floor plan in Meadowood also offers an island kitchen and sliding glass doors leading out to a lanai. The second level of this floor plan includes a loft area that can easily be used as a children’s play area or a study. It also includes an owner’s suite, but with two walk-in closets, two other bedrooms, a bath and a laundry room. Both of the floor plans come with such desirable features and finishes as stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and DR Horton’s smart home technology package. Many of the townhomes of Meadowood will offer lake views. Planned community amenities, meanwhile, include a resort-style swimming pool with lap lanes and a clubhouse. Inside, residents will have use of a fitness center, social rooms and a catering kitchen. In addition, the property will also offer a basketball court and a playground for its youngest residents. The Meadowood community is located on Collier Boulevard, just to the south of Immokalee Road. Prospective buyers can expect to view a model home and visit a sales center sometime later this fall.
