Do You Have Clear Title to the Property?
Double check and make sure that there are no issues with the title that could ruin a sale. Fix What Needs Fixing

You will need to scrub down your house from top to bottom including ceilings, walls and windows. You are also going to want to start cleaning the clutter and packing away personal and unnecessary items. You will need to get your home ready for open houses and that includes taking all of your personal items out. Start the packing early, you want buyers to be able to see themselves in your house.
Work with a Realtor
Selling a house is a full time job, just not your full time job. Look for an agent that you are comfortable with who can help you through the process. Real estate is complicated and has a ton of paperwork let them help you through the process. It will also help you get the best price possible for your home.
