Steak kabobs with rice. Yes I know – Steak again! I think hubs just likes the convenience of the Gas Grill I got him two years ago. As much as he fought me and as much as he didn’t want one, he really likes the ease and convenience of firing up the gas grill to get dinner cooked quickly when the wife is starving.
Cube up steak & chop vegetables (mushrooms, zucchini, onion, bell pepper) in big pieces
Thread onto metal skewers (ok to use bamboo, but you must soak them for at least 20 minutes before using)
Drizzle with olive oil, or teriyaki marinade
Salt/Pepper to taste
Cook on pre-heated grill
Rotate as needed to get all sides cooked & your favorite doneness
Serve over your favorite type of rice
