One Thing I enjoy about the month of January is starting all over again with the yearly Bird list. These are the first Canada Geese of the year for me. Can you find the duck in the background?

I know for sure that this won't be the last chickadee of the year but it's always a thrill to see the first.
What I like most is that it's such a fun task to search out birds I haven't seen yet in 2020. As the year goes on it gets to be more and more of a challenge to find first of year birds.
