Red Heart Super Saver Camouflage Shade# E302_0971
Crochet hook size 5.0 mm
Gauge: 18 stitches = 4 inches
5 rows of hdc = 2 inches
Abbreviations Used
st = stitch
ch = chain
sl st = slip stitch
sc = single crochet
hdc = half double crochet
dc = double crochet
beg v-st = beginning v-stitch
v-st = v-stitch
sp = space
Rnd = round
Stitch guide:
Beginning V-stitch - Ch 4 (counts as first dc plus ch1), dc in same st or sp.
V-Stitch - (dc, ch1, dc) in stitch or space indicated.
Procedure:
Start with a magic ring.
Rnd 1: Ch1, sc5 in ring. Join into first sc.
Rnd 2: Work beg v-st in first sc, v-st in same st, work 2 v-sts in next sc and each sc around. Sl st to first dc to join.
Rnd 3: Sl st in next ch1 sp, work beginning v-st in same space, work 2 v-sts in next ch-1 sp, *v-st in in next ch-1 sp, 2 v-sts in neck in next ch-1 sp**. Repeat * - ** until end. Sl st to first dc to join.
Rnd 4: Sl st in next ch1-sp, work beginning v-st in same space, v-st in next ch-1 sp, 2 v-sts in next ch-1 sp, *work v-st (2) in next 2 ch-1 sps, 2 v-sts in next ch-1 sp**. Repeat * - ** until end. Sl st to first dc to join.
Rnd 5: Sl st in next ch1-sp, work beginning v-st in same space, work v-st (2) in next 2 ch-1 sps, 2 v-sts in next ch-1 sp, *work v-st (3) in next 3 ch-1 sps, 2 v-sts in next ch-1 sp**. Repeat * - ** until end. Sl st to first dc to join.

Rnd 19-25: Ch 2, hdc in same sp. Hdc across. Join.
