The HoH office is a hive of activity from 9am until 5pm each day. Unlike the busy production studio, there are no drills or noisy machines, only the clicking of our keyboards, the ringing of the phones and of course the daily soundtrack.
Amanda - At the helm is Amanda. Co-Founder and Managing Director of Hand on Heart, she not only oversees the daily running of the business, she also heads up the Marketing Team. In charge of deciding what happens on our social media accounts, Amanda always has the HoH brand at the forefront of her mind.

Jane - Assistant to Amanda, Jane is the go to person when there’s a job that needs doing. Jane is the master of accounting and makes sure the calendar is kept up to date and everyone knows exactly what’s happening when. But the most important job Jane has of course, is organising Friday Treats!

Ellie - The other half of the Marketing Team, Ellie can be found multi-tasking her way through the day. Her job is to make sure the website is functioning as it should and to make sure it is always up to date. She’s also a dab hand at creating content for various social media platforms and the HoH blog. If you ask a question on any Facebook or Instagram posts, you’re very like to get a helping hand from Ellie as she’s there to help day and night.
“Being part of the process here is lovely, each day is different but my main goal is to share our brand and see if people love what we do as much as us. Working so closely with Amanda has taught me so much and I can’t wait to take on more.”
Sophie - Sophie is our Customer Service Manager. At Hand on Heart we are very customer focused and pride ourselves in providing the best customer care out there, it’s Sophie’s job to make sure all our customers are 100% happy and to do so with a smile. All of the emails our customers receive throughout the process are created and monitored by Sophie, along with the Printing Kits and instruction sheets that are posted out.

Sarah - Our wonderful Customer Service Assistant, Sarah drops everything to answer all the phone calls that we receive in the studio. Sarah’s day starts by processing all the orders that have been placed overnight and making sure those customers who have requested printing kits have them as soon as possible. She also responds to all the emails our customers send in, whether it be regarding an order that has already been placed or someone looking for a hand choosing their special piece of personalised jewellery.
“Each customer I speak to has a different story, and it’s lovely to hear them. I love being a part of that decision-making process and helping each customer find the perfect piece for them.”
Heather - Although she manages the production studio, Heather is also our Development Manager and can often be found taking refuge in the office to research new design ideas and brief the rest of the team on any new products being launched. She works closely with Sophie to ensure any issues customers have with our process are smoothed out and the correct thing is done to rectify any problems.
“I’ve always had a passion for creating new designs, from the day the business started on Amanda’s kitchen table. I now design all of our products with our customers in mind, and it’s great to see how they respond and if they love them as much as we do.”
