Good Sunday morning all! I selected a piece of Pixie Sparkled card for my background on today's card. I used Coral Crush and Pumpkin Patch Pixie Sparkles. I cut an aperture in the right side using the Double Stitched Ovals. I made a thin white frame and added it around the aperture with mounting foam. I cut the Parrot out of white card as a base. I cut it again out of some left over pixied card and added the pieces on to the white base. I cut the swing out of gold mirror card and glued the parrot on to it, then hung it at the top of the aperture. I added some greenery and a pink flower. I cut the A"Parrot"ly It's Your Birthday sentiment in white and glued it to the left side of the card with a bit more greenery and another pink flower. the card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 4" x 9" in size.
