I’m definitely enjoying the Abstract Impressions Bundle and love how this card came together for The Card Concept Challenge. This is the second week of the Card Concept Challenge featuring an inspirational photo titled the Golden Table. The table theme inspired me to use the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper which is currently available as part of the Buy 3, Get 1 Promotional Special.

Abstract Impressions Bundle Inspiration

The photo for The Card Concept Challenge inspired me to use the Wood Textures Designers Series Paper for my background. Next, I loved the flowers and colors. I choose to use the Abstract Impressions Bundle with Grapefruit Grove and Lemon Lime Twist. The florals with the wood texture create a beautiful background for the Stitched Labels Framelits.

Card Details

• The card base is Thick Whisper White!
• You will then use the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper for the card front.
• On the Wood Textures DSP, stamp the floral images from the Abstract Impressions Bundle using Grapefruit Grove Classic Ink and Lemon Lime Classic Ink.
• Then, you’ll punch out three (3) leaves from Lemon Lime Twist cardstock using the Leaf Punch.
• Stamp the sentiment on Whisper White with Lemon Lime Twist then die cut with the Stitched Labels Framelits.
• Next, sponge along the outer edge of the label using a sponge dauber with Petal Pink Classic Ink.
• You’ll layer the leaves behind the Stitched Label.
• Now, you carefully tie a bow with the Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon. 
• Finally, add three of the basic adhesive-backed sequins to finish the card.
