Sorry kids, this hot chocolate recipe is just for grown-ups.
This is perfect after a day outside with the kids, running errands or just relaxing watching your favorite program.
I've use whipped cream vodka but you can also use regular vodka if desired.

4 - 6 c. reduced fat milk
4 envelopes hot chocolate mix
4 - 6 oz. whipped cream flavored vodka
Whipped cream
Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
Whipped cream
Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
In a microwave safe measuring cup, pour milk. Add cinnamon and place in microwave.
Microwave on high for 40 - 90 sec.
Tear open hot chocolate envelopes and in the bottom of coffee mugs, pour chocolate mix & vodka.
Remove milk from microwave and pour milk over vodka mixture. Mix well with a spoon.
Serves 4.
