Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be aware of admission dates and which entrance exam admission to that particular course. The necessary qualification is required for any course to apply. It is necessary to clear 12^th grade for all U.G. courses with minimum marks from a related discipline or branch.

• The candidate should have scored 50% marks.
• The candidate should have taken the MET for selection
• Those who qualify for the MET will have to go for MET counselling.
• After five rounds of counselling, the selections will be made.

MIT Important Dates

Admission Procedure

For most of the courses offered at Manipal University, the admissions are based on the MET score. For the rest of the other classes, academic merit and national-level entrance score is mandatory. Based on NATA score admissions to B.Arch. It is also provided for medical-related courses and programs. NEET is compulsory, and based on that selection process takes place.

• It is a computer-based exam and consists of 200 questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and logical reasoning and spans a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes.
• MAHE offers three chances for a student to take up the entrance exam subject to additional payment and availability of vacancies.
• Unlike other entrance exams, the score for your performance in the online based test will be displayed immediately after the exam ends depending on which you will be eligible to appear for counselling.

Fees Structure

Scholarships           

The fee waiver offered to the students depends on the annual income of the student’s family. There is scholarship provided to students of Konkan region. On the whole M.I.T has higher fees and if you think through financial angle then it is a little risky as a choice.
