- Responsible for handling activities/tasks allocated by the TL/OM (including monitoring the Help Desk mail boxes during their prescribed assigned times).
- Responsible for answering inbound calls and make outbound calls.
- Responsible for data entries.
- Each new call or e-mail request must have a ticket generated in ticket logging tool.
- Responsible for running regular and ad-hoc reports.
