BPH Treatment – Natural Cure For Enlarged Prostate by Grocare

We will talk about enlarged Prostate treatment in this article. So this is how a patient of enlarged prostate is usually diagnosed.

My doctor told me that my Prostate has enlarged.

So what ? Why should I bother ?

What is it?

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) causes urinary hesitancy and intermittency, weak urine stream, nocturia, frequency, urgency, and the sensation of incomplete bladder emptying. These symptoms, collectively called “lower urinary tract symptoms,” or LUTS, can significantly Reduce quality of life. Approximately 50% of men who have BPH develop moderate to severe symptoms. BPH is the 4th most commonly diagnosed disease among patients ≥50 years, after coronary disease and hyperlipidemia; hypertension; and type 2 diabetes. Among men over 50 years the prevalence of diagnosed BPH in the community is 13.5%.

What are the Symptoms?

  • Unable to control the urge to urinate
  • Difficulty in urination
  • Feeling a burning sensation when passing urine.
  • Dribbling of urine, especially after urinating
  • A sense of not emptying the bladder
  • Leaking of urine
  • More frequent urination and a strong and sudden desire to urinate, especially at night

So, I really don’t bother about the problem, but really bother about the symptoms of a problem.

But why does this problem occur?

The doctor tells me that my prostate is enlarged or swollen and because I am 55 and do not seem to have any infection, it is most likely caused by increasing age, even though I don’t think I am so old. I am told that the exact cause of this enlargement is not known, but possibilities include :

1) A variety of factors may be involved, including androgens (male hormones), estrogens, growth factors and other cell signaling pathways.

2) From Ayurveda point of view, following may be culprit causing agents :

  • sedimentary lifestyle
  • Controlling the urge to urinate
  • Controlling the urge to go to Toilet
  • Over or under indulgence in sex
  • Consuming dry food
  • Consuming very cold and less quantity of food
  • Old age
  • General weakness
  • Indigestion

However, the precise reason for this Prostate enlargement is unknown.

What options do I have ?

Now, the doctor explains to me what really has happened to me and gives me a few options (all around Surgery) :

1) non invasive Surgical procedure using one of the following to destroy the extra prostate tissue and widen the urethra :

  • heat
  • microwave energy
  • ultrasound
  • electric current

The above is carried out to clear the path of Urethra, thus removing the obstructions in the path of urethra, caused by a swollen prostate.

2)   Some Allopathic medicines, which may have some side effects, and may or may not have desired effects to cure this problem.

I was wondering if the inflammation of the prostate is the cause of the pressure on the urethra, why clear the urethra ? Rather, as a common sense, should we not attempt to reduce the inflammation or swelling of the prostate, which is the main culprit. So, when I asked the doctor about it, he smiled at me and said “Nice and logical analysis, but how do you do it ?”

I searched around and could not find a satisfactory answer as to how to reduce the swelling of the Prostate, thus relieving pressure on the urethra’s blockages which gives rise to the above symptoms. Then I realised that if the cause of the inflammation is not known, how will be the answer to reduce the swelling be known !!

So, I did more research and found out that the doctor is carrying out the surgery for either of the two objectives as below :

1) reduce the internal inflammation by clearing the urethra, thus clearing the swelling and pressure of the prostate from inside – this is the case of over 90% of people requiring surgery.

2) in cases where the inflammation is large, the surgeon attempts to reduce the size of the prostate from outside, to reduce the pressure on the urethra.

But is this the real solution?

In both the cases, there is no attempt to understand why the Prostate swelling came at the first place. Secondly, could this problem not have been solved without any need for surgery? Also if the cause of the problem was not resolved, and a surgery is performed, will the problem not surface again soon, as the cause still remains unattended?

Enlarged Prostate Treatment

All these questions can be answered by Grocare’s visionary herbal medicines which is for enlarged prostate treatment, for the young or the old, acute or chronic.

For the young ones, we believe that Prostate can become swollen due to a bacterial or some other infection, and can continue in that position for long time and thus become chronic. It is referred as Prostatitis and is often not cured fully, as the sub clinical infection is difficult to be elimiated, due to poor reach of antibiotics and also antibiotic’s poor function against ‘sub-clinical’ infections.

For old age, we believe that Prostate enlargement might be due to changes in the balance of sex hormones as men grow older. Aging, presence of other ailments like diabetes, high blood pressure & sedimentary lifestyle speed up the process of prostate enlargement.

VINIDIA helps to strengthen and rejuvenate the prostate gland as well as stimulate the Kidneys. This helps to minimise enlargement of prostate and also reduce the symptoms associated. GC and ACIDIM are powerful antioxidants and help to regulate the balance of hormones in the body. ACIDIM helps in removal of Free Radicals, thus reversing the aging process and reducing the ill effects of lifestyle diseases.
