Crews rescue woman in Zion National Park

A medical problem stranded a 65-year-old hiker in Zion National Park on Tuesday. The woman was “not very far” into a two-day trek of The Narrows when she reported not feeling well and her family called for help, said park spokeswoman Aly Baltrus. Search and rescue crews located the woman, who did not make it to her campsite, and stayed with her overnight while waiting for a helicopter to arrive. She was airlifted out of the canyon Wednesday morning and taken to Dixie Regional Medical Center. Ba...
