So, if you consume acidic foods then this enzyme will not work properly and will directly affect your digestion.
2. Avoid Eating Proteins and Carbohydrates Together
You should also try avoiding eggs, meats, cheese, nuts or other protein foods with carbohydrate foods like potatoes, bread, or sweet fruits at the same time. 3. Avoid Consuming Proteins with Fats at the Same Time
