This ab challenge contains 6 exercises. It takes 4 minutes to complete 1 round. We recommend doing 3 rounds (12 minutes). Just restart the video to begin the next round. By the time the first round is done, your rectus abdominus, internal and external obliques, and your transversus abdominis (core muscle), will be burning up.
Do this abs workout twice a week in order to give your abs a chance to recover and strengthen.

1. Plank crunches
2. Lateral suitcase crunches
3. Superman extensions
4. Crossover toe touches
5. Side-plank extensions
6. Bicycle kicks
1. exhale completely when you contract or flex the muscle you are working out. Inhale when you release.
