Mair Ellis is a register social worker and has worked in the field of addictions and mental health for the past 24 years. What Mair values the most about the people she has worked with over the years is their resilience and courage. Mair supports clients with developing an understanding that they are not broken and helps people learn how to cope with situations and challenges in different ways.

Mair talks about how working with clients and their understanding of spirit, God, universe and nature can foster new insights as well as cultivate qualities such as patience, empathy and trust.

Mair has worked in private practice for the past 14 years, and uses different modalities ranging from energy work, Reiki to cognitive behavioral treatment.
