What to eat and what to not eat?
Here I will bring short article regarding, what to eat and what to not to eat to keep healthy body for lifetime.
What we want to eat is that Food with lots of nutrients. Fruits and Vegetables is the Most important, whole grains ,whole wheat bread and brown rice. Better to use brown sugar compare to white rice and white sugar this is very good for health.
Seafood, lean meats, Fish and eggs are very good foe health. More vitamins More life you can get.
Tomato, Carrots, orange, lime strawberry, low Fat Milk, beans, nuts, seeds eat more of these those foods are vitamin rich.
Don’t Eat These or Eat less
Some foods are full of calories so you will get fat very quickly, and can grab deceases very quickly. Added Sugers, solid fats and refined grains pack a lot of calories into food but do not add nutrients.
· Sugar Sweetened drinks and Desserts
· Food With Butter, Short Eats Cakes and Fast Foods
· White Breads, White Sugar Pasta made from refined grains.
· Artificial Soft drinks like Coca cola
