T3 16.4 - Out Now!

New T3 Release Now Available

The latest T3 workouts from TRAINFITNESS are now available. The fourth T3 release of 2016 has been designed specifically to help your clients achieve their fitness goals. Check out the v16.4 preview of each of the programmes below.

As always, there’s a great new music sound track to motivate your clients all the way through the workout.

T3 blast™ v16.4

Right after the warm-up, you’ll be thrown into the Lion’s Den with this release’ PHA Complex – not only does it test your work capacity through alternating upper- and lower-body dynamic moves, but it’ll also test your explosive push and jump lunging patterns – one second you’re down on the ground, the next you’ll be up high in the air – get ready!


T3 fight™ v16.4

This release has a real authentic fight feel as you work in partners through a variety of tough, skill-focused Complexes. Lower body power-endurance is seriously tested with loaded step jumps and Muay Thai style kicks before moving on to some upper body punching combos that will really challenge your engine!


T3 pump™ v16.4

Using big, whole-body, integrated movements is awesome for burning calories and shredding fat, and that’s exactly what you will get with the Total Body Conditioning Complex. There’s also multi-planar balance waiting just around the corner for you, so get ready to feel your glutes light up as you experience full-throttle foot-to-core activation.


T3 shred™ v16.4

When HIIT combines with battle rope, ViPR and bodyweight exercises, all targeted at shoulder work capacity, there is only one outcome - serious sweat and very heavy arms! But that can’t stop you because there’s the Agility Complex awaiting your arrival – be sure to look out for the ‘bunny-hop jump and fly’ exercise and be sure to move fast!


T3 sprint™ v16.4

Whilst T3 sprint ultimately helps you perform better in your chosen sport, it’s often forgotten that fast, explosive movements need a strong, stable platform. Your Stability Complex in this release challenges your core, proprioception and uni-lateral control using dynamic balance-focused movements, where you’ll be asked to track the number of balance errors that you make. Rest-assured however, there are plenty of tough, athletic conditioning drills in the 5 remaining Complexes.


T3 swing™ v16.4

Kettlebell training is not often associated with agility but in this release you’ll be combining the traditional swing with the fast footwork needed to perform mini-shuttle runs. Don’t forget to also look out for the ‘partner counter-balance sit squat with leg lifts’ – think you’ve got great balance, coordination and combined strength? Let’s put it to the test!
