  So today is day three in my challenge, and I have to say I've never been so pro Yoga in my life.
I woke up this morning so sore from getting back to lifting yesterday, that I could barely move my arms, and I had almost no range of movement in my neck or back. I tried to find any excuse to skip my yoga today, but finally I sucked it up and pulled on my yoga pants any way.
   I think I had forgotten just how many miracles yoga is capable of. I sat down with my handy dandy yoga app, went through the pose album and put together a routine that I thought might help with my woes of yesterday. Boy was I right, after an hour I have recovered almost all the range of movement in my neck and back, as well as easing the pain that was resonating in my shoulders. This is only day three, and I'm seeing a huge improvement across the board.
  Not only have I already started to see a change physically, but I have been much more mellow the past couple of days, and I've been sleeping much better. It's hard to say though if that is yoga specifically or just my new intense workout as a whole, but either way I feel like I am doing something right. I have to say one of my fears with starting this challenge was that I wouldn't see results fast enough and I would give up because I am a pretty impatient person, but that's definitely not the case. I'm not where I want to be, or even where I used to be, but I am getting there, and I can feel and see the benefit from this.
