Hawaiian Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Elbow Macaroni, boiled
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 4 Green Onion, sliced
- 1 Carrot, peeled and grated
- 1 Celery Stalk, minced
- 2 Cup Mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
Preparation Directions:
- In a bowl add boiled macaroni and vinegar, toss until absorbed, set aside for 10 minutes
- In a separate bowl add 1 1/2 Cups Milk, 1 Cup Mayonnaise, brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Whisk the dressing into macaroni.
- Add remaining 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup mayonnaise, along with carrot, celery, onion
- Stir all the ingredients and serve.
