Cream Cheese Grape Salad

Ingredients:
- 4 pounds Red and Green seedless Grapes (2 pounds each)
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 8 ounces Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar or to taste
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup granulated Sugar
- 1 Cup crushed pecans
Directions:
- Wash and remove all grapes from stems and place in a bowl
- In a separate bowl add cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Add granulated sugar in this mixture and mix well.
- Pour this mixture over grapes and mix until all grapes are covered.
- Top the salad with brown sugar and pecans to taste.
