Caffeine, Caffeic acid or CA and Chlorogenic acid or CGA are the three main compounds in coffee. Researchers studied and found that all these combinations have toxic hIAPP amyloid and guarded the pancreatic cells.

Coffee has lots of antioxidants like chlorogenic acid and magnesium; these two can develop your body acuteness to insulin, which helps to lesser the threat of diabetes.

Those who are suffering from diabetes may not get better effects, so it’s not recommended for them, as scientist have different opinions about drinking coffee can benefit or not, but it’s surely reduce risk of diabetes.
