How to Workout on the Road – Simple Solution

Got a great question last night from a reader:

Parth, I’m liking this Workout finisher idea. I travel a lot for work and pleasure… What kind of equipment do you need for them, and can you do them on their own?

Ok, you have 50% bodyweight workouts, and 50% weighted workouts – using a kettlebell or dumbbell. So, your best bet is probably bodyweight finishers. Check them out here.

And yes, you can use them as a stand-alone workout. Take, for example, the Workout Finisher I used the other day:

Do the following circuit, resting only when needed.   In the first circuit, you will perform
6 reps of each exercise.  In the next circuit, you will perform 5 reps. Continue in this
fashion until you complete 1 rep of each exercise.

1A) Spiderman Pushups (6/side, 5/side, etc., down to 1/side)
1B) 1-Arm KB/DB Swings (6/side, 5/side, etc., down to 1/side)

Instead of going from 6 reps down to 1 rep, you can instead go from 10 or 12 reps, down to 1 rep. That’s going to be a hard, challenging workout that won’t take up that much time!

Pretty simple! Thanks for the question.

Guys – if you have any questions about Workout Finishers, or anything else, do not hesitate to contact me. Reply to this email!
