Lose Weight Fast with the 1000 Calories Challenge

You’ve come across it before…an ad somewhere that says “Lose Weight Fast!” or something like that. You check out the ad, and it’s for diet Pills. Well, many years ago, actually during high school, I grabbed one of the diet pills.

The package told me to take 1 pill in the morning, and 1 in the evening. But not to exceed 6 pills a day. So I took 3 per day. On the second day…it happened. My hands started to feel numb. I couldn’t speak properly.

I banged my hand against the wall multiple times, but I couldn’t feel any pain! I yelled out loud, but my speech was slurred! I was scared that I just laid down on the bed, closed my eyes, and fell asleep.

When I woke up, I felt perfectly fine. I threw those Fat Burning Pills away, and started training hard. However, it took me many years to finally understand how to train properly and how to burn lots of calories during my workouts.

I hit lots of plateau’s along the way, losing fat, gaining fat, losing strength, gaining muscle, up and down and up and down. I actually hit up the diet pills again once, which was another scary story…but I don’t need to tell you that.

But you don’t have to guess your way through the mess. And you certainly don’t need fat Burning Pills. You just need a systemic approach. Lucky for you, fitness experts Joel Marion and Arnel Ricafranca just released an amazing program called the “1000 Calorie Challenge.”
