Movers & Shakers: Pennant’s Fast-Food CFO; JLL Adds Three Seniors Housing Team

Pennant Names Finds CFO in Fast Food Industry

The Pennant Group (Nasdaq: PNTG) announced that fast-food veteran Lynette Walbom took over as its chief financial officer on May 22.

Walbom most recently served as VP of financial reporting & tax for fast food chain Raising Cane’s Restaurants, which operates in 35 states. It doubled in size during Walbom’s tenure. In addition to her time with Raising Cane’s, she was CFO of a family investment firm that worked with several industries including financial services and computer services.

In an accompanying move, former CFO Jennifer Freeman will move to the role of Senior VP of strategic partnerships. In the position, Freeman will focus on forging and growing partnerships with payors and other partners.

Health Dimensions Group Names Regional Head

Health Dimensions Group announced it named Nick Fucile to the role of regional director of operations.

Fucile takes the position after serving as HDG’s regional director of sales and marketing. In his new role, Fucile will oversee occupancy, revenue, expenses, sales, marketing, and more. His experience in senior living exceeds 12 years, including his time at a multi-site senior living company in the Southwestern portion of Wisconsin.

Lenbrook Names Director of Enrichment

Lenbrook, an Atlanta-based life plan community, named Lindsey Farmer as its new director of enrichment. Lenbrook previously spent time in child welfare as a resource development case manager and a foster care case manager.

In this role, Lenbrook will be tasked with working with residents to develop enrichment programs that incorporate their ideas and enhance their lives.

JLL Capital Markets Adds a Trio to Seniors Housing Team

JLL Capital Markets announced that Jay Wagner and Richard Swartz have been named co-lead National Seniors Housing Capital Manager and that Aaron Rosenzweig is coming on board as senior managing director.

The trio comes to JLL from a capital markets provider at which Wagner and Swartz served as vice chairman of the seniors housing group and Rosenzweig served as executive director.

Swartz and Wagner are both independently based in Boston while Rosenweig is based in Can Diego.
