She believes women should know more about their own body when it comes to the pregnancy and beyond. It is her mission to educate women on safe exercise during pregnancy and to ensure women know how important it is to rehabilitate properly after giving birth.

Emma specialises in womens fitness; pre and post natal, rehabilitation and posture correction and much more. She founded one of the most successful Boutique Pilates studios in Australia, which she sold in 2014 to move to Malaysia to be with her husband. The studio was an international educational hub, regularly hosting Pilates Teacher Training courses. Emma also pioneered Ballet Barre to Australia in her studio, later becoming a teacher trainer and traveling throughout Australasia training Instructors. She has been featured in various magazines, and is now a writer herself.

Emma has trained many celebrities and her knowledge is sought after by many who have experienced the positive changes through her teachings. She is now happy to be helping more people experience the benefits of Pilates through her online studio ePilates Online.
