Week 3 of My 12-Week Fitness Challenge: Almost Flatlined Progress

Here we are, week 3 of my 12-week Fitness Challenge and I nearly stalled in progress. This is not very conducive to proving Will Smith wrong about how hard it is to lose 20 pounds in 20 weeks. However, I'm not giving up just yet.
