Welcome back to another Fitness Wednesday!

To put a little spin on things, I added a short video to today’s fitness Wednesday, yeah!. First and foremost, one of the questions that I received from last fitness Wednesday is as follows:

Question: “It’s been a while, since I’ve lost any fat from my love handles. I have tried side crunches, running, and I’ve tried my best to eat healthy as much as possible. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do to slim down my love handles?”

Me: As you may know or not know that “Love handles” are called oblique’s.

When I saw the question pop up in my inbox, I smiled. Why? It’s simple; I use to ask this question too, how can I lose fat from my obliques? At that time my oblique’s had more fat compared to the front of my belly.

At one point, I thought that was how I was shaped. Yes, that is partially the case lol but I did find ways to help eliminate the excess fat from my oblique’s. On the other hand, losing the excess fat was a real struggle.

Besides eating a consistently well-balanced and healthy diet, here are two moves that will challenge your obliques from every angle. Are you ready to burn the fat from your obliques?! Okay let’s do this!


#1 Hip Up: 10 or 15 reps on each side (10 reps easy) (15 reps medium)

#2 Modified spiderman push ups: 10 or 15 reps on each side (10 reps easy) (15 reps medium)

Do these two oblique exercise at least 4 times a week for 15 to 20 minutes and I guarantee you will see results within a week.
