Hey there ladies! I’m super excited to bring you Women’s only Centennial Park fitness classes .
This is a no shouting/yelling/intimidation free zone! It’s for all shapes and sizes. With all ages welcome.
Beginner friendly and challenging for those already exercising- the workouts are all tailored to your own individual needs. Our groups are small so individual attention can be paid to everyone.
We do a full body workout, that is always new and exciting. Never the same, always effective. This is super important if you generally find exercise “boring” or not very engaging. I’ve got over 15 years experience in fitness, so you’ll feel safe and confident in what you are participating in.
Another key factor at our locally run sessions is you get to meet other like minded local women!
When? Tuesday 6am-645am at Centennial Park. I also offer 1:1 Personal training (chat below for this!)
