Hot Water Bag
Using a hot water pack can be really helpful. You need to make sure that it is not too hot. The water needs to be comfortably warm. If you don’t have a hot water pack/ bag, you can use a normal plastic water bottle and fill it with warm water. Heat helps in loosening and relaxing the muscles. You can just put it over the pain area and hold for a few minutes. Whenever you feel your stomach is aching due to rigidity in stomach muscles, you can try this method.

What You Need – ½ cup of white rice, 2 cups of water, a pot.
