What is Whole30?

Whole30 is a nutritional program designed to promote clean eating in 30 days. Basically,  all of the potentially inflammatory foods and beverages are removed from your meal plans.

There is a strict guideline on what you can and cannot eat these 30 days. Besides, there are no cheat meals.

Foods to avoid

  • Sugar or natural or artificial sweeteners
  •  Alcohol and Nicotine
  •  Grains
  •  Beans or legumes
  • Soya
  • Dairy
  • Processed foods
  • Preservatives

Foods that are exceptions to the rule

  • Ghee

What about Vegetarians and Vegans?

Despite the fact that this plan is in conflict with what vegans or vegetarians can eat. That is, Whole30  requires a moderate amount of animal protein every day.

Vegans and vegetarians can include certain grains and beans/soya to their meal plan. Besides, try using gluten free grains.
