The Indian Fitness industry is growing. As per Statista, the revenue in the fitness segment is estimated to reach US$1,616 million in 2019. People have been working out to be get a toned and conditioned body. Today, there is an increased  awareness of the fact that, individuals who exercise frequently, are happier and healthier. Besides, the need of the hour is to prevent lifestyle related disease like obesity, diabetes, depression and acute stress.

1) Wearable Technology

It is estimated that China will spend around US$ 5060 million and India US$1616 million on wearable technology in 2019.  Wearable technology can track heart rate, calories, sitting time, physical activity, sleep patterns, etc. The merging of fitness and tech is growing leaps and bounds.
