The effects of Diabetes
Some of the main affects of having high blood sugar levels is frequent urination, fatigue, being prone to foot ulcers, kidney problems or cardio vascular disease.

The good news is that diabetes can be prevented through a healthy lifestyle. If you are already diagnosed with diabetes, it can be reversed to a point where you don’t need to take medication. Simply by having a regular practice, such as Yoga
