Well, if you think, fasting will help with weight loss. Then you are wrong. All the weight you loose while fasting, will pile on as soon as you start eating. So don’t deprive your Body of nutrition.
Also, when you get sick, you stop eating or eat less to recuperate! It’s how our body detoxifies , if you abuse it too much.

There are many forms of fasting. You need to choose your fasting plan as per your goal. While fasting is great, keep in mind that the way you break your fast is just as important. Start with warm water with raisins (or similar). Follow it with protein, fiber, vegetables, and healthy fats. Your body will bless you.
