I have often wondered how homeopathic remedies work. How can a medicine be so diluted and yet still be effective? The answer came to me, as the answers to my questions often do, in an unexpected manner and when I had almost given up on ever receiving an answer.
It would seem that homeopathic remedies work by healing the astral body and the astral body then heals the physical body. Many medicines are effective but they are strong and can irritate the stomach lining or otherwise affect the delicate balance of the body. Homeopathic remedies are very gentle and great at assisting the body's own healing process.
Remember always that sleep is vital - it recharges the astral body and allows the body to completely relax. These two things are absolutely vital in maintaining health and should not be overlooked. Proper hydration with good quality water is also essential.
