First things first. Yes, the title of this post is correct. I tried Cricket POWDER....
Really, just for curiosities sake.
During a training session, an article talking about cricket Protein was brought up. So, of course, I checked Amazon, and there were MULTIPLE options of cricket powder. And, well, I had to try it! But, I wasn't paying $30-40 for bug powder. I found a sample size, and made the purchase. This is what the bag looks like:
