USA Orders
Products are shipped in the USA via USPS First Class (2-9 days), Priority Mail (2-3 days) and Express Mail (1 day). All shipping charges for orders are actual shipping costs. Shipping cost depends on origin, destination, service, package weight, and other considerations.
Delivery time is calculated according to actual "business days" from the date shipped and does not include weekends or holidays. These delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed, unless otherwise noted.
- The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order including packing materials.
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
* Returns
Morgan Botanicals will offer a full and immediate refund for any items, for a 60-day period. If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you received, please send them back, no questions asked. Morgan Botanicals strives to provide our customers with the highest quality products and although not necessary, a short explanation with your return will assist in the development of better products. Refunds are only available for the dollar value of the merchandise - shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Shipment Time
Products are shipped internationally via United States Postal Service International First Class up to 4 pounds, and International Priority Mail from 4 to 20 pounds. Delivery charges to your country are shown in the shopping cart once you've provided your delivery address and before you pay. Once you place your order it will be scheduled for shipment within 1-2 days. The time in transit varies. USPS Priority Mail International has a delivery of 3-12 business days depending on the destination.
Additional Considerations About Our International Shipping Services
* Returns
We are unable to accept returns for merchandise from our international customers, unless it was the result of our error. In this instance we will remedy the problem immediately.
* Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel an order, this must be done within the same business day that the order was placed. All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Once your order has been recieved and processed, there will not be a cancellation service available.

* Orders Held Up At Your Country's Border
We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, however we are unable to guarantee that the package will arrive in the exact time frame stated.
If for any reason a country or nation feels the need to hold your order it is for reasons that they suspect as warranted. Any held up orders are not the responsibility of Morgan Botanicals. This can only be resolved by you and your local postal authorities. Morgan Botanicals will not issue a replacement or a refund in the event that your country's inspection agency quarantines, or discards anything which is not allowed into your country. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to know what is or is not allowed into their respective country.
