When Walmart wanted an easy, affordable, healthy and delicious and quick vegetable soup, this was Holly’s easy  soup solution.

Quick Veggie Soup
    Servings8 (1 cup) servings
    Prep Time5 minutes
    Cook Time25 minutes
    Ingredients
    • 1/2cup chopped onion
    • 1teaspoon minced garlic
    • 3 cups low-sodium fat free vegetable or chicken broth
    • 114 1/2-ounce can chopped tomatoes
    • 1 14 3/4-ounce can cream style corn
    • 1tablespoon worcestershire sauce
    • 116-ounce package frozen mixed vegetables
    • 1/4cup riceuncooked
    Instructions
    1. In large pot coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook onion, and garlic, 5–7 minutes.
    2. Add broth, tomatoes, corn, Worcestershire and bring to boil. Add rice and reduce heat; cooking 15 minutes or until rice tender. Season to taste
