Yoga and Organic Food

Organic eating habits and practicing Yoga are like two balanced wings of a bird. Researches and studies prove organic food is most ideal for healthier living. This has been the practice of the yogic world for centuries. The Yogis of the time denounced marriage life and did not have families and mostly practiced self control with regard to sexual passion through Yoga and they achieved it mainly by avoiding animal proteins. We all being people connected with family lives, it is not compulsory though recommended to be a vegan. I have been a non-vegetarian from my childhood but with limits to meat products. Yoga deals more with the internal organs of the body hence it is more comfortable with natural foods. We also should not lose the great nutritional values of eggs, fish and meat which are vital for our overall health. The best thing is to schedule a food chart accordingly for a complete week which includes all in a limited pattern with more salads and green leafy vegetables. 

Please avoid CBDs, Marijuana and other intoxicant Drugs to get relief from anxiety and mental unrest. These will devastate the nervous system in the long run. Do meditation and practice yoga to enjoy the best of health.
