If you are someone who skips breakfast, then we would urge you to include at least one fruit in the morning. It is a light, nutrient-dense snack that will give you a much-needed kick to start the day in full gusto.

Some experts say that eating fruit at breakfast will not give you enough energy for the rest of the day and recommend eating it after lunch or dinner. According to some studies, the right time to eat fruits is two or three hours after a meal. Absolutely avoid eating fruit with meals because it slows down digestion and can lead to bloating, gas, and stomach cramps. Follow this advice more diligently if you have Diabetes or suffer from acidity.

For gym lovers or fitness freaks, the best time to eat fruits is before a workout. You can eat an orange, banana, or apple as a pre-workout snack. It will provide a constant influx of energy and increase your performance.
