Turkey herb minced meat skewer with Lemongrass

Ingredients.

  • 200 grams ground turkey
  • 2 stalks of lemongrass
  • 1 tsp turmeric freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Cut the lemongrass and halve it
  2. Then chop the garlic and the chili peppers
  3. Then mix the ground turkey, egg, turmeric, coriander, lime juice, garlic and pepper and olive oil and chili.
  4. Then form balls from the mixture
  5. Now alternately skewer the minced meat balls and lemongrass on a wooden or metal skewer.
  6. Arrange on plates and serve with salad.
  7. Bon appetite
