Whether we like it or not, everyone has a Double Chin. This little pouch of skin appears every time we look down. Sometimes we notice it in unfortunate photos that are taken from the wrong angle. For some, it is more noticeable. But either way, most people’s reaction is the same: “Oh no, look at my other chin!”
What upsets us the most is that we think it’s impossible to get rid of it. But that’s not the case at all. All it takes is five simple exercises to firm up flabby, saggy skin and make that jowl less noticeable. Do each Exercise five to seven times. After each one, let the muscles relax by opening and closing your mouth quickly.
How to get rid of a double chin!
1-“Sticker.”
Open your mouth wide, pull your lower lip over your teeth, close your mouth by pushing your lower jaw forward.
2- “Kiss the ceiling.”
Look up at the ceiling, curl your lips into a tube as if you want to kiss someone.
3- “Touch your nose.”
Stick your tongue out, and now try to touch it to your nose.
4- “Resistance.”
Put your chin on your fists and then try to open your mouth. Your fists create resistance.
5- “Perfect Oval, or Triangle of Youth.”
Turn your head to the left and bring your jaw forward. You should feel the muscles in your neck. Hold that position for a few seconds. Turn your head to the opposite side and repeat.

These exercises are good because they are easy to do and don’t take much time. You can do them even before going to bed. The first few times, we recommend doing them in front of a mirror.
