Inspire Health and Spirit is officially launching its first EVER e-course!! 👏🏼

I’m so excited to be able to bring this to you and help people who are ready to start their wellness journey.

It’s been a lot of hard work, and it’s made creating normal blog post content next to impossible. Mind you, I’m also doing home school with my daughters, but that’s another story. LOL

Fitting this all in has been hard, but I’ve been determined to get this done. I’m not going to lie; it’s been a journey in and of itself. It all started while doing the Tony Robbins Comeback Challenge, Unleash the Power Within Virtual event (UPW), and a few more in there. They were awesome!

I’ve been doing what I can to make this year (given the year we’re in) one of opportunities. That is why I took all of these different online courses and read more books over this period of time because I want to use this time as an opportunity. Plus, the more I learn, the more I have to give to you and share.

One of the numerous things taught in UPW was if you schedule something, it is real. So this is me scheduling the launch of Inspire Health and Spirits e-course. It is now real and coming soon.

The course includes all the methods I used to start my wellness journey and get results. It is a step by step guide that explains each step in detail. No guessing games here.

I can’t wait to officially launch and publish this course!
