Fitness Goals

Our adult Exercise and social group got together every week for 4 weeks for group exercise classes. This was a great opportunity for clients to get individualised physiotherapy programs in a group session. Led by Senses Physiotherapists Lauren and Rachael group goals were to maintain and improve cardiovascular fitness, strength endurance, balance and of course have fun.

“I love coming to the group, it’s a great way to meet other people and exercise. I like that it is outdoors too”. Participant Louise said.

Physiotherapist Lauren said: “It’s great to see our clients coming together to exercise. It’s not just about achieving exercise goals, but also provides a great opportunity for socialising and community engagement.”
