Combination of paracetamol, diclofenac sodium and chlorzone (Dicloper-MR)


Indication

It is indicated for relief of Pain and muscle spasm associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions, pain and inflammation in rheumatic disease, sprains, strains, sports injuries, dental pain, acute gout and post-operative pain.

Dosage regimen and direction for use: as directed by physician or; 1 tablet twice a day till symptoms gets controlled

Contraindications

It is contraindicated in patients with serious hepatic and renal impairment, history of hypersensitivity to NSAIDs, asthmatic patients, in angioedema, urticarial or rhinitis.

Side effects and adverse reactions

It is generally well torerated. Occasional adverse effects include skin rash, allergy, gastro-intestinal discomforts, nausea, diarrhea, depression and rarely bleeding and ulceration. Medication may color the urine orange or reddish purple.

Precautions and warnings

It should be given with care to patients with impaired kidney or liver function, peptic ulceration, asthma and any known allergy to the drug or any component of the formulation.
