Physiotherapy for Shoulder Pain

Shoulder Pain can be enough to give painful sleepless nights. They can be caused because of many reasons yet they are painful to endure. Some of the common causes of Shoulder pain are:

1) Soreness of the tendon of the rotator cuff. Rotator cuff is the part of the shoulder that helps circular motion of the hands. The simplest shoulder exercise is the pendulum exercises which is performed by bending forward to allow your arm to hang down towards the ground. Small circles are made with the hand, allowing momentum to carry the arm around effortlessly.
