Symptoms of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome can often develop at the time of first menstrual period bleeding during puberty. Some symptoms are as follows:- Irregular Periods – Irregular, prolonged, or infrequent menstrual bleeding during periods, are some of the most common symptoms of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. You may have less than ten periods in a year or more than 35 to 40 days between normal bleeding periods to abnormally heavy periods.
- Polycystic ovaries – Your ovaries might grow big and it might contain follicles surrounding the eggs. Due to this, the ovaries might fail to regulate the regular function properly.
Causes of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Excess insulin secretion might increase the production of androgen and which in turn cause difficulty with ovulation.
