Weight Loss after Pregnancy:

During her pregnancy, Shilpa Shetty Kunder gained 31kgs all thanks to her fat diet and all the fatty stuff she ate. She had to shed all that post-pregnancy weight which she did accomplish within few months. It was a surprise to her fans when she lost all that extra fat in just 10 months. Shilpa Shetty’s diet includes wholesome foods, brown rice, brown sugar, turkey veggies, salmon etc. She maintains a balanced diet which helps her to keep herself healthy and fit. After her workouts, she eats 8 black raisins, 2 dates and protein shake. She eats her dinner 3 hours prior to going to bed which helps in smooth digestion.   • Morning: Amla juice or Aloe Vera juice or Tea with brown sugar followed by porridge.
  • Lunch: Dal with chappati, Vegetables, Brown rice, Chicken curry.
  • Evening: 1 egg, brown bread toast, Green Tea, Snacks such as makhanas with pepper and salt sautéed in ghee.
  • Dinner: Chicken dish, Salads and Soup.
  • Post-workout: Protein Shake, 8 black raisins, 2 dates.

Later on, she started intensifying workouts and the result was she lost 21 kilos in 10 months. ·         She performs Meditation, Yoga and Pranayam to keep her body calm and relaxed. ·         Long walks, Cardiovascular exercise, Strength training exercise. ·         Heavyweight exercise to maintain her muscles in better shape. ·         She performs Power yoga to have a flexible body, to soothe mind and body.   • Drink at least 10 glasses of warm water daily.
  • Follow a strict balanced diet with limited carbohydrates.
