Virgin Olive oil: This comes after Extra Virgin Olive oil. It is of inferior quality to Extra Virgin Olive oil but still full of many health benefits and it tastes milder too.

Refined Olive Oil: As the name suggest this Olive Oil has been refined using Acids and heat to extract as much as possible of what is left from the olives after the first press.

Olive pomace oil: This is the lowest quality of Olive oil made from the leftover pulp of the olives the oil is extracted by using chemicals and heat. it is by far the lowest grade of the Olive oil and lacks essential nutrients and antioxidants.
