well I keep seeing these over night Oats recipes everywhere so i thought I’d try it.
so last night I added 50g porridge oats into a container and added just over half a cup of 1% fat milk. some vanilla extract. nutmeg and sweetener. mixed it all up popped the lid on and put it in the fridge.
woke up late this morning and chilled in bed so I’m only just eating breakfast now.
I honestly feel sick looking at these over night oats and I’m really scared to try it.
but here goes:
I like it !!!
it tastes pretty similar to my raw oats and milk and eat straight away version.
it’s a little bit more chewy and I definitely need to add a little less milk next time but this is something I could eat every day.
I may experiment with different recipes.
